     Edith P. u was born circa 1925. She married Ernest Walter VanZandt, son of William Wesley VanZandt and Daisy Estella Chupp, after 27 March 1994. Edith P. u died on 15 June 2001. She was buried at Roseland Memorial Gardens, Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan. Her obituary read, "VanZandt, Edith P. of Jackson, formerly of Cadillac, passed away June 15, 2001, aged 76. Surviving are her husband, Ernest; daughters, Nanette (Michael) Haner of Cadillac, Claudia Hines of Grand Rapids; son, Claude Hines of Cadillac and daughter Elizabeth; stepdaughters, Marilyn (John) Ridenour of Jackson, Barbara (Duane) Mitchell of Reading; stepson, Clair (Kathryn) VanZandt of Gorham, Maine; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Westwood Church of God. Services will be from the Westwood Church of God, Monday, 10:00 a.m. with Pastors Robert Schneider and Michael Haner officiating. Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be today from 4 to 9 p.m. Friends who wish may make contributions to the Westwood Church of God and the Immanuel Trio."
