1870, in Brush Valley Township, passed away at 8:35 a.m. today at his home in Black Lick. He is survived by his wife, Idella, a
sister, Mrs. Minerva Heiner of Homer City; a brother, L.D. McNutt, Black Lick; three sons and two daughters: Darius
McNutt of Black Lick, Mrs. Merle Campbell, Clover; Mrs Frances Baughman, Black Lick, Floyd of Warren, Pa., and Harry of North
Warren. There are 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. The body has been removed to Robinson's, 36
N. Seventh Street, Indiana."⁶ He was buried at Armagh Cemetery, Armagh, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.⁷

     Sarah Priscilla McNutt was born in October 1871 at Brush Valley Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.^2,3 She was the daughter of Johnathon William McNutt and Mahalah Sentz.² Sarah Priscilla McNutt married Alvin Jamison Peddicord, son of William Peddicord and Rebecca Jamison, on 16 April 1890.³ Sarah Priscilla McNutt died on 25 May 1929 at Columbiana County, Ohio, at age 57.³

McNutt married Jesse H. Hiner, son of Jesse Hiner and Mary E. Thomas, in 1890.⁴ Minerva F. McNutt died on 11 November 1962 at Homer City, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, at age 89.³ She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, White Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.⁵
