     Hazel Leona McNutt was born on 7 September 1927 at Trimble Township, Athens County, Ohio.1 She was the daughter of Oliver Crumwell McNutt and Margret Inez Thompson.1 Hazel Leona McNutt married Marshall Moore McNutt, son of Henry John McNutt and Durinda Ellen Stanley.1 Hazel Leona McNutt became Marsha Kay McNutt's adoptive mother.1 Hazel Leona McNutt married Darrell Paul Eveland, son of Paul H. Eveland and Margurette Neff, after 1945.1 Hazel Leona McNutt died on 9 December 1997 at Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio, at age 70.1 Her obiturary read, "Hazel L. Eveland, 70, of Lancaster, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1997, at Fairfield Medical Center. Born Sept. 7, 1927, in Glouster, she was the daughter of the Oliver and Margret Thompson McNutt. Mrs. Eveland was a former employee of Ray-O-Vac and the Lancaster Eagle-Gazette. She was affiliated with Fairfield Christian Church. She is survived by a daughter, Gale Eveland LeVeck of Myrtle Beach, S.C., a sister-in-law, Nancy Henry; and nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Eveland; and a daughter, Cheryl Lynn Eveland. Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Mark Barbee officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster. Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home."1 She was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio.1

McNutt married first Charles Ivan Nelson, son of Alexander Nelson and Lana C. Haynes, on 15 December 1898 at Morgan County, Ohio.1 Birdesta B. McNutt married second Oscar Marion Marshall, son of Joseph Marshall and Sarah Permelia Ann McCoy, on 18 March 1905.1 Birdesta B. McNutt died on 14 March 1967 at Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, at age 85.1
