Junelee Six1

F, b. 31 March 1924, d. 14 December 1975
Junelee Six McNutt
Junelee Six was born on 31 March 1924 at Chauncey, Athens County, Ohio. She was the daughter of John Wesley Six and Daisy Dean Lowry. Junelee Six married Gerald Edwin McNutt, son of Oliver Crumwell McNutt and Margret Inez Thompson, on 15 June 1951 at Montgomery County, Ohio.2 Junelee Six died on 14 December 1975 at Florida at age 51. Comments about her on FindAGrave were, "Junelee was the daughter of John (Wesley) Six and Daisy Lowry Six. She was the mother of John Dills, David McNutt, Catherine McNutt, Robin McNutt, Melody Sullivan, Kim Sullivan and two or rhree other children who she gave up at birth for adoption. June was married seven times, twice to two of the ex-husbands. They are as follows: Husband 1 & 2 - Eddie Gratsch, 3 - Carl Dills, 4 & 5 Gerald McNutt, 6 - Tom Sullivan and 7 - Robert Helterbran. She was cremated and her urn of ashes is buried in Nye Cemetery in Chauncey, A group of her relatives (Her brothers Rolland & his wife, Naomi Six, Kenny Syx (my husband) and I, Marilyn Syx, and our son Brian, Rae Syx and his wife, Ceil, her sister, Lella King, Junelee's son, David McNutt and her daughter Cathy.) I rode with Lella and Cathy. Lella and I in the front of Lella's car with Junelee's ashes between us, and Cathy in the back seat. We stopped in a restaurant on the way down where a few of the people had a few too many beers with their lunch and by the time we reached the cemetery, Ceil was feeling so tipsy, that after we put Junelee's ashes in the ground on top of her mother Daisy's grave, Ceil thought she should do a little indian dance on top of it. Nobody even offered to stop her and I can still remember thinking that I wouldn't be surprised if Junelee's spirit came down and struck her with a lightning bolt because Junelee disliked Ceil so much. I'm telling this story because it's what I always think about whenever I think of Junelee."3 She was buried at Nye Cemetery, Chauncey, Athens County, Ohio.
