     Icie Catherine Miller was born in November 1896 at West Virginia.^2,3 She was the daughter of James Albert Miller and Evaline Belle Miller.² Icie Catherine Miller married Lee Herbert Wiggins, son of James Samuel Wiggins and Susan Phoebe Taylor, in 1926 at Roane County, West Virginia.¹ Icie Catherine Miller died on 14 April 1970 at Roane County, West Virginia, at age 73.¹ She was buried at Eventide Cemetery, Spencer, Roane County, West Virginia.⁴

     Howard L. Miller was born in July 1898 at West Virginia.² He was the son of James Albert Miller and Evaline Belle Miller.¹ Howard L. Miller married Gertrude L. Bowers on 25 March 1922.¹ Howard L. Miller died on 12 October 1982 at Cuyahoga Falls, Summit County, Ohio, at age 84.¹
