     Florence L. Imel was born on 24 April 1916 at Chadwick, Carroll County, Illinois.¹ She was the daughter of Roscoe Imel and Emma E. Miner.¹ Florence L. Imel married Glen L. Rick, son of Christian Rick and Neva Estine Daniels, on 22 January 1939 at Clinton, Clinton County, Illinois.² Florence L. Imel died on 22 September 2004 at Morrison, Whiteside County, Illinois, at age 88.¹ Her obituary read, "FLORENCE L. (IMEL) RICK, 88, of Morrison, died Wednesday at her home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Morrison United Methodist Church. The service will be preceded by a 10:15 a.m. family prayer service at the church. The Rev. Daniel Swinson, pastor of the Morrison United Methodist Church, will be officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Morrison Chapel of Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison. She was born April 24, 1916, in Chadwick, Ill., to Roscoe and Emma (Miner) Imel. She married Glenn L. Rick on Jan. 22, 1939, in Clinton. He died in 1975. She was a 1934 graduate of Morrison High School. She graduated from Rock Island (Ill.) Business College in 1936. She was employed with A.J. Putnam Midwest Chemical in Galesburg, Ill., and then Stamping and Enameling in Galesburg and Morrison. Following her marriage, she was employed with Morrison Realty as a secretary and later as a licensed real estate agent. She also worked as a real estate agent with The Tenboer Agency. Most recently, she was employed with Eizenga Financial Services and E&S Tax Service in Morrison. She and her husband farmed in rural Morrison. She was a member of the Morrison United Methodist Church and former member of Lakeview Country Club in Sterling, Ill. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Emily (Dick) Tadsen of Carroll, Mrs. Linda (Lew) Elijah of Stanton, Mich., and Mrs. Sue (Ron) Williams of Morrison; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Memorials will be established. She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother."²

     Robert E. Doll was born circa 1924 at Pennsylvania.¹ He was the son of James Robert Doll and Mable Gladys Imel.¹

     Jacob Doll was born in May 1851 at Pennsylvania.¹ He died on 22 July 1932 at Pennsylvania at age 81.¹

     Ada Singer was born in September 1870 at Pennsylvania.¹

     Frances Imel was born circa 1926 at Iowa.¹ She was the daughter of Lloyd Imel and Lillian Lucke.¹

     Stanley E. Vastine was born circa 1928 at Nebraska.¹ He was the son of Bruce G. Vastine and Zola Ellen Imel.¹

     Izora Matilda Elftman was born on 22 July 1883 at Nebraska.¹ She was the daughter of William John Elftman and Barbara Ellen Smith.¹ Izora Matilda Elftman married Miles L. Imel, son of Lewis G. Imel and Rachel E. King, circa 1901.² Izora Matilda Elftman died on 29 May 1954 at Nebraska at age 70.¹

Imel and Rachel E. King, on 25 March 1914.¹ Eva May Bedell died on 25 November 1971 at Denver, Denver County, Colorado, at age 76.²

     Clifford Howard Imel was born on 2 December 1914 at Nebraska.¹ He was the son of Charles Imel and Eva May Bedell.¹ Clifford Howard Imel married Frances Margaret Williams, daughter of Frederick Alfred Williams and Sarah Ellen Yarger.² Clifford Howard Imel died on 9 October 1990 at age 75.¹

     Clinton Ward Imel was born on 17 April 1917 at Culbertson, Hitchcock County, Nebraska.¹ He was the son of Charles Imel and Eva May Bedell.¹ Clinton Ward Imel married Frances Kathryn Foley, daughter of John Henry Foley and Frances Rebecca Cormican.² Clinton Ward Imel died on 28 June 2007 at Anaheim, Orange County, California, at age 90.¹

     Ruth Virginia Imel was born on 10 December 1920 at McCool, Nebraska.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Imel and Eva May Bedell.¹ Ruth Virginia Imel married Charles Kayganich on 10 July 1946.² Ruth Virginia Imel died in February 1978 at Denver, Adams County, Colorado, at age 57.¹
