     Donald Livingstone Campbell was born on 22 May 1913 at Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of Andrew Donald Campbell and Pearl Marie Caldwell.1 Donald Livingstone Campbell married Sara Adeline McCarrell, daughter of David McCarrell and Mary H. Kithcart, on 10 June 1937.3 Donald Livingstone Campbell died on 23 December 1989 at Shawnee Mission, Johnson County, Kansas, at age 76.2
