     Myron Burton Wallace was born on 30 May 1926 at Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio.¹ He was the son of James Franklin Wallace and Josephine E. Byers.^2,1 Myron Burton Wallace married Joan V. VanPerson, daughter of Oscar Oliver VanPerson and Mary Esther Stant.¹ Myron Burton Wallace died on 7 April 2011 at Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio, at age 84.¹ His obituary read, "Myron passed away at the age of 84 at the Pickering House in Lancaster. Born to the late, James Franklin and Josephine (Byers) Wallace. Also preceded in death by his wife, Joan V. (Vanperson) Wallace; and sisters, Eunice, Georgie, Irene and May. Survived by his children, Trudi (Floyd) Peck of Bremen, Randall Wallace of West Rushville, Kris (Corie) Wallace of Pleasantville. Grandchildren, Chad Ashbaugh, Lisa (Ashbaugh) Sells, Heather (Rob) Keaton, Tara (Berk) Bobo, Cathie (Steve Garcia) Wallace, Ryan (Lindsey) Ashbaugh, Braden x. Wallace; Great grandchildren, Cody, Tazz, Brittany, Jesse Ashbaugh; Samantha and Gregory Sells; Cameron, Megan, Maykala, and Ben Keaton; Brooke, Berkie, Bryant Bobo; Rachel, Marcus and Stephanie Garcia. Special nephew, Myron "Bill" Burnside, and many nieces and nephews. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of the Baltimore V.F.W. Retired after 30 years of service with Bartlett Tree Company as a tree trimmer. Funeral services will be held 1;30 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME. Burial will be in Hampson Cemetery. Memorials may be given to FairHoPe Hospice in his memory."² He was buried at Hampson Cemetery, Pleasantville, Fairfield County, Ohio.²
