(Buster) McBeth, 73, of Strasburg, O.,
passed away on Sunday Jan, 25, 2009, at Schoenbrunn Healthcare in New Philadelphia, O., following a year's battle with cancer. Born Dec 13, 1935, in Dennison,O., he was a son of the late Homer W. and Wilma P.(Bartholow) McBeth. Harold was a resident of Tuscarawas County for much of his life but had also lived in Chicago for 20 years
where he had worked for Bird's Eye Foods as well as at the Sears Tower. Upon returning to our area, he was employed by Reeves Steel as a security guard. Harold served his county in the United States Army from 1953-1956 and had been a member of the Dover VFW. He was an exercise enthusiast who especially enjoyed riding
his bicycle. His surviving family includes a daughter, Mrs. Jerry
(Pamela) Tedrick of Urhichsville; two brothers, Robert McBeth and his wife, Nancy, of Dennison and Donald McBeth of Clinton, O; three sisters, Mrs. Earl (Deloris) Greenwood of New Philadelphia, Mrs. Raymond(Nancy) Brown of Tuscarawas and Patrcia Simmons of Uhrichsville; his former wife, Carolyn Crane, eight grandchildren, eight
great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Brenda Reynolds and Jackie Fuller; his first wife, Thelma Taylor; and a grandchild. Friends and family are invited to call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan 30, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. At 1 p.m., his funeral procession will leave the funeral home for Ridgecrest Memory Gardens in Dover where a military committal service will be conducted by members of local VFW posts."2 He was buried at Ridgecrest Memory Gardens, Dover, Tuscarawas County, Ohio.1

     Richard Everett McNutt was born on 25 October 1933 at Loudonville, Ashland County, Ohio.1,2 He was the son of Marshall Everett McNutt and Lela Mae Hazlett.1 Richard Everett McNutt died on 4 January 2008 at Wooster, Wayne County, Ohio, at age 74.1 His obituary read, "Richard E. McNutt, 74, of Wooster, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at his home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan 8, 2008 at 12 p.m. in the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home at 216 E Larwill St., Wooster, O 44691, with Pastor Steven Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 2 hours prior to the services. Richard was born Oct 25, 1933, in Loudonville, O., the son of Marshall E and Lela Hazlet McNutt. In 1965 he married Carol Mehling who survives. He was a superintendant with the Ohio Department of Transportation, retiring in 1976. Richard was an avid outdoorsman and was a loving husband and father who loved spending time with his grandchildren. Also surviving are his children: Robert E. (Tina) McNutt of Wooster, Roger E. (Vicki) McNutt of Zanesville and Cheryl(Rick) Freds of Michigan, and four children from a previous marriage. A brother Rolland McNutt of Zanesville, and two sisters Liz Fuller and Judy Kelly both of Zanesville. 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Richard E. McNutt Jr., three sisters, Dee Smith, Kathryn McNutt, and Betty McNutt, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law Don and Mary Mehling. Memorial contribution may be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost."2
