This is probably until he can establish a home for them as in the 1860 census the three children are with him.² He died in 1888 at Pennsylvania.¹

     Caroline Richardson was born on 3 January 1814 at Pennsylvania.¹ She died in 1849 at Pennsylvania.¹

     Ruth Marie Klein was born on 9 June 1910 at Ness County, Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Clarence Klein and Georgia Agnes Fisher.¹ Ruth Marie Klein married Arlyn Eldridge Shank, son of Julius Joseph Shank and Iva Jane McJunkin, on 24 December 1929 at Ness City, Ness County, Kansas.¹ Ruth Marie Klein died on 27 November 1974 at Burdett, Pawnee County, Kansas, at age 64.¹

     Ida Faye Wilson was born on 22 October 1865 at Wisconsin.¹ She was the daughter of John Henry Wilson and Mary Adeline McKinney.² Ida Faye Wilson married Sylvester P. Atkins, son of James Oscar Atkins Sr. and Emily J. Scott, on 10 July 1886.¹ Ida Faye Wilson died on 14 August 1960 at Long Island, Phillips County, Kansas, at age 94.¹

     Blanche Elizabeth Atkins was born on 27 June 1898 at Kansas.² She was the daughter of Sylvester P. Atkins and Ida Faye Wilson.³ Blanche Elizabeth Atkins married Herbert Jay McCawley circa 1916.⁴ Blanche Elizabeth Atkins married Roland Samuel Sewell, son of John Lunsford Sewell and Mary Frances Pope, on 7 February 1937.² Blanche Elizabeth Atkins died on 27 February 1978 at Pratt County, Kansas, at age 79.¹

     Fleda A. Atkins was born in September 1890 at Phillips County, Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Sylvester P. Atkins and Ida Faye Wilson.¹

     Timothy J. Scott was born on 30 June 1817 at Kentucky.¹ He died in 1861 at Illinois.¹

     Peace Hopkins was born in 1817 at Kentucky.¹ She died in September 1859 at Illinois.¹

     Ionia M. Utter was born in April 1873 at Iowa.¹ She was the daughter of George Euphartes Utter and Ida M. Gardner.^1,2 Ionia M. Utter married Charles Samuel Atkins, son of James Oscar Atkins Sr. and Emily J. Scott, circa 1899 at Kansas.¹ Ionia M. Utter died in 1962.¹ She was buried at Long Island Cemetery, Long Island Township, Phillips County, Kansas.³

     George Euphartes Utter was born in October 1849 at Wisconsin.¹ He died after 1920 at Kansas.¹

     Ida M. Gardner was born in October 1849 at Pennsylvania.¹ She died before 1920 at Kansas.¹

     Beth E. Atkins was born on 19 April 1900 at Long Island Township, Phillips County, Kansas.² She was the daughter of Charles Samuel Atkins and Ionia M. Utter.¹ Beth E. Atkins married Earl Dudley Wright, son of Jack Wesley Wright and Della May Wheatley, on 24 September 1930 at Pierce County, Washington.²

     Florence Atkins was born in 1901 at Long Island Township, Phillips County, Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Samuel Atkins and Ionia M. Utter.¹ Florence Atkins died in 1918.¹

     John Henry Wilson was born in February 1831 at Indiana.¹ He died on 13 October 1870 at Wisconsin at age 39.¹

     Mary Adeline McKinney was born on 3 July 1837 at Wisconsin.¹ She died on 1 January 1925 at Kansas at age 87.¹

     Benjamin Franklin McCawley was born on 21 January 1921 at Birmingham, Jefferson Couinty, Alabama.² He was the son of Herbert Jay McCawley and Blanche Elizabeth Atkins.¹ Benjamin Franklin McCawley died on 24 October 1973 at Seattle, King County, Washington, at age 52.³

     Herbert Jay McCawley Jr. was born on 9 April 1926 at Laverne, Harper County, Oklahoma.¹ He was the son of Herbert Jay McCawley and Blanche Elizabeth Atkins.² Herbert Jay McCawley Jr. died on 6 December 1998 at Frostlproof, Polk County, Florida, at age 72.¹

     Jack Dempsey McCawley was born on 27 March 1930 at Hennessey, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.¹ He was the son of Herbert Jay McCawley and Blanche Elizabeth Atkins.¹ Jack Dempsey McCawley died on 10 March 2014 at Pratt, Pratt County, Kansas, at age 83.¹

     Loyd Albert McCawley was born on 25 February 1927 at Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.¹ He was the son of Herbert Jay McCawley and Blanche Elizabeth Atkins.¹

     Roland Samuel Sewell was born on 27 August 1890 at Redbird, Gasconade County, Missouri.¹ He was the son of John Lunsford Sewell and Mary Frances Pope.² Roland Samuel Sewell married Blanche Elizabeth Atkins, daughter of Sylvester P. Atkins and Ida Faye Wilson, on 7 February 1937.³ Roland Samuel Sewell died on 14 March 1966 at Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas, at age 75.¹

     John Lunsford Sewell was born on 18 April 1858 at Missouri.¹ He died on 23 March 1952 at Kansas at age 93.¹

     Mary Frances Pope was born on 13 April 1858 at Missouri.¹ She died in 1921.¹

     Mable Louise McCawley was born on 8 August 1931 at Moberly, Randolph County, Missouri.¹ She was the daughter of Herbert Jay McCawley and Blanche Elizabeth Atkins.¹ Mable Louise McCawley died on 13 February 2005 at age 73.¹

     Isaac Butterfield was born circa 1830 at New York.¹ He was the son of Samuel Butterfield and Rachel Butterfield.² Isaac Butterfield married Rhoda E. Atkins, daughter of Philentus Atkins and Sarah Misner, in 1851.² Isaac Butterfield died on 28 February 1880 at Montgomery County, Iowa.¹

     Jennie M. Butterfield was born on 29 December 1853 at Michigan.¹ She was the daughter of Isaac Butterfield and Rhoda E. Atkins.¹ Jennie M. Butterfield married John LuCortis Whitted, son of John S. Whitted and Martha Ann Scott, on 1 January 1875 at Iowa.² Jennie M. Butterfield died on 4 August 1925 at Long Island, Phillips County, Kansas, at age 71.¹

     James A. Butterfield was born circa 1855 at Illinois.¹ He was the son of Isaac Butterfield and Rhoda E. Atkins.¹ James A. Butterfield died between 1861 and 1869 at Iowa.¹

     Isaac Nelson Butterfield was born in June 1862 at Jones County, Iowa.¹ He was the son of Isaac Butterfield and Rhoda E. Atkins.¹ Isaac Nelson Butterfield married Debbie E. Whitted, daughter of John S. Whitted and Martha Ann Scott, on 7 March 1893 at Villisca, Montgomery County, Kansas.² Isaac Nelson Butterfield married Roxanne L. Cox, daughter of Richard John Cox and Mary "Polly" Ruddick, in 1928 at near Long Island, Phillips County, Kansas.² Isaac Nelson Butterfield died on 23 September 1944 at Long Island Township, Phillips County, Kansas, at age 82.¹
