Bush, 86, Lawson Mo. passed away Monday, May 26, 2008 at the Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Mo. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the Lawson Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Teegarden Cemetery near Knoxville. The family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Polley Funeral Home, Lawson. Hazel was born on December 1, 1921 in Lawson, the daughter of George and Mabel (Borgmier) Teegarden. On November 26, 1939 she married Robert Bush. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and playing cards and just about any other games. She was a member of the Lawson Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons: Martin Bush and wife Sharon of Lawson, Ronald Bush & wife, Darold Bush and wife Kay of Lawson, and Daniel Bush and wife Ann of Richmond; one daughter: Eleanor Covey and husband Jack of Richmond; one brother: Donald Teegarden and wife Jean of Pleasant Hill; twelve grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Robert, one brother Jim Teegarden, and two grandsons, Nicholas Bush and Matthew Covey."2

     Donald Dean Teegarden was born on 10 May 1929.1 He was the son of George Washington Teegarden and Mabel Grace Borgmier.1 Donald Dean Teegarden died on 31 October 2009 at age 80.1 His obituary read, "Donald Dean Teegarden, 80, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born Friday, May 10, 1929 in Ray County, Missouri, the son of George Washington and Mabel Grace (Borgmeir) Teegarden. He departed this life Saturday, October 31, 2009 at his home. On October 26, 1952 Donald was united in marriage to Mary Jean Thomas in Kansas City, Missouri; they recently celebrated 57 years together. Donald was a Millwright working for Allis Chalmers, Ruboid and later for General Motors. He also owned and operated the Big Creek Machine Shop; all while running their farm near Pleasant Hill. He was a member of the Strasburg Baptist Church, VFW Post #3118, and American Legion Post #. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jim Teegarden and his sister Hazel Bush. He is survived by his wife Jean of the home, 3 daughters, Denise White and her husband Rick, Linda Day and her husband David, and Anita Bleich and her husband Michael, all of Lee's Summit; 6 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; other relatives; and many friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2009, at the funeral home. Pastor Preston Sanders, minister of the Strasburg Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Casket bearers are Jacob Bagby, Jeremy Beach, Michael Bleich, Ronnie Bush, David Day, and Rick White. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Strasburg Baptist Church Building Fund or Village Hospice and may be sent in care of the funeral home."1
