     Cleo Marie Latham was born on 18 March 1926 at Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio.1 She was the daughter of Fred Hugh Latham and Beulah Mae Gintcher.1 Cleo Marie Latham married William Lynn Varley, son of John William Varley and Bertha Faye Moyer, on 13 December 1949 at Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio.1 Cleo Marie Latham died on 26 April 2011 at Trumbull County, Ohio, at age 85.2 Her obituary read, "Cleo Marie Varley, 85, died at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at her home. She was born March 18, 1926, in Niles, the daughter of the late Fred and Beulah Ginter Latham. She had been a lifetime Trumbull County resident. Cleo was a 1944 graduate of Howland High School. She retired from Packard Electric Corp., where she worked for more than 20 years on the production line. Cleo had been a member of Fairview United Methodist Church in Niles. She enjoyed ceramics, crafts, camping, fishing and traveling. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her husband, William L. Varley Sr., whom she married Dec. 3, 1949, preceded in death Sept. 9, 2000. A daughter, Pamela Ann Varley; two brothers, Fred and Donald Latham; and two sisters, Betty Fry and Loleta Palette, have all preceded her in death. Surviving are three sons, William L. Varley Jr. of Fowler, David A. (Grayce) Varley of Safford, Ariz. and Kenneth A. Varley at home; one sister, Barbara A. Latham of Howland; one brother, William H. Latham of Ashland; seven grandchildren, Steve Varley, Lorinda Varley, Aleesha Varley, David Varley Jr., Jason Varley, Danielle Varley and Joshua Cable; 14 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel, where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Pastor Ronald Spore will officiate. Burial will be at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna."2 She was buried at Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna, Trumbull County, Ohio.2
