Shannon and Polly Miracle, on 16 October 1953 at Hopewell Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.3 James Lewis Pattersen died on 25 February 1999 at The Medical Center, Beaver, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, at age 72.4 His obituary read, "James Lewis Patterson, 72, of Beaver, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, in The Medical Center, Beaver, following an extended illness. Born July 3, 1926, in Slippery Rock, Pa., a son of the late Lewis Clinton and Hazel Moore Patterson, he was a resident of Beaver for the past 39 years. He retired in 1985 as a supervisor at LTV Steel, Aliquippa Works, after 32 years of service. He was Presbyterian by faith and served in the 9th U.S. Army in Central Europe and the Rhineland during World War II. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Shirley Shannon Patterson; a son and daughter-in-law, Dean James and Paige Corley Patterson, Secaucus, N.J; a grandson, Paul James Patterson; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Elaine Ryder, Grove City, Pa., and Nina and Richard Gaugler, Oklahoma City, Okla., and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the J.T. ANDERSON JR. AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 205 College Ave., Beaver, where a service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. The Rev. David D. Byers, pastor of the Vanport Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery."4 He was buried at Beaver Cemetery, Beaver, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.4

Welty and Lillian Mildred Barney, on 30 January 1932 at Upper Providence, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.2 Bertha Geraldine Kelly died in February 1982 at Apache Junction, Pinal County, Arizona, at age 83.3
